Sivir spell shield + banshee's veil
I was playing a game with sivir and got into a situation where i spellshielded blitzcrank's pull. now the stupid thing is my banshee's and the spell shield activated. Is this working as intended or a bug?

The way the banshee works is any skill placed onto you triggers the cool downs for it, so you used your characters spell shield to get mana and avoid the grab but the cool downs are still triggered on the item.
Yes. If you have multiple spell shields active at the same time, it is intended that both will pop from a single spell.
