Randomly dcing in the middle of the game
I am getting dced few times in every game and my friends also it happens randomly and sometimes 3 or 4 people are afk in the game randomly .

Been disconnecting multiple times per game last few days as well. Nothing will stop it.
that's been happening for the past week, I thought Riot fixed it with today's patch but apparently they never acknowledged that this is a problem? I DC literally every game and my friends too, 4 people DC basically means we lose the game last time we DC-ed during champ select and got the leaver warning...

There's an application called Ping Plotter, which you can get here.
In the Target field, enter in the following addresses one at a time.

Be sure you've set your test parameters for Trace Interval to 1 second and Focus Time to 5 minutes and try to run them in a custom match.
Press the Play button on the left side to start the traceroute.
After the trace has completed, take a screenshot of the results in their entirety. Run a test for both IP addresses and attach the screenshots to your reply. Afterwards you are safe to close the program.
