[GAMEPLAY] Graves' E will not proc Spellblade (Iceborn Gauntlets)

Graves' E is functioning inconsistently, and not proccing the spellblade passive of Iceborn Gauntlets under certain conditions. If you are auto attacking a target, use E and immediately let Graves follow up with an auto attack, that auto attack (nor following auto attacks) will trigger the passive as if a spell was never cast.

IF you input a move command after using E and THEN attack a target, it seems to proc the passive of spellblade correctly.

1. purchase Iceborn Gauntlets on Graves on Summoner's Rift
2. auto attack a jungle monster 1 time
3. press E
4. watch as the passive is not triggered when Graves auto's after the dash.

This is the result every time.
