Stuck in a game along with everyone else.

I was playing a duo ranked game with my friend, when the game froze in the middle of a team fight. Suddenly no one was moving and the screen didn't say reconnecting. I closed league and tried to reconnect but I got a black loading screen that kept saying it couldn't connect to the last server. I've been stuck like this for an hour and the game hasn't ended I can't even use my account PLEASE HELP ME.
