No Channeling after Stun? [GAMEPLAY]

So sometimes when I play champions that have a channel ability and die while channeling, the game will no longer allow me to use this ability. I have noticed that it only happens when you die channeling an ability (Like q or q) and someone kills you with a stun when you respawn, that ability will be disabled for the rest of the game. It makes it frustrating because then I feel useless to the team because one of my abilities are down and every game that has happened with this bug, the team has lost.
