The "language" part of the form is broken, and I cannot select my region. It probably does not matter anyway since the 4 horrible human beings I just had the pleasure of enduring for the last 40 minutes will not get punished for their crimes against another player.

This is why dynamic queue has created: solo player who just wants to have fun gets paired with angry 4-mans and you have basically lost a loyal paying customer.
