Rek'Sai Gameplay Bug

While playing an ARAM with some friends as Rek'Sai, we had a zilean who ulted me as I went in. As soon as he ulted me, I went in using my E (Tunnel) and I died during it. So what eventually happened was only one of the open tunnels spawned. The thing is, no one on the other team could destroy, but I could "go through it", it basically made me go no where but stopped me for a second. It also didn't count for my E. I could also ult to it. So it couldn't be destroyed.

How to reproduce (ickk) the bug:

1. Get Rek'Sai burrowed.
2. Get very low.
3. Get Zilean with ult up.
4. Activate your Tunnel and Zilean ult you before you die.
5. Make sure that the enemy kills you in time when you are tunneling and have Zilean ult.
6. Fix bug.
