Cant Use Keybindings at all.

I made a post about this a few days ago, and got no response. This also happened to me for a second time late last night. I loaded into game and I could not use any keybindings, and I could not change them either. It was like it did not detect my keyboard or my mouse that has multiple side buttons I have keybound to my items at all, but i could still type in chat fine, and they work fine with everything other game I play. Is this a bug or does the game just not like my keyboard?
