Replays Frames Droping
since patch ~9.14 i was having this weird frame drops on the replays sometimes its starts with the game and take to mush time to load and sometimes its start when i select a specific min in the Timeshift. so its start skipping scenes till it stop and start playing normally after 2-5 min from what i selected with lower PFS! this problem reset after every patch (after patching replays work just fine but after 4-5 days its start doping frames again) https://youtu.be/_hIPTcqq1tg
