New Update to patch 6.9 Increases Queue Times
Patch 6.8 worked fine without a hitch, but patch 6.9 isn't letting me play a game. 10 minute queue times. What's going on? Is it my end? Anyone else who is also having this problem, please comment below.

Depending on what Elo you are on, you might get queue times that long. I am Silver 1 and i see sometimes 15 minute queue timers. The best thing to do is to reset the queue every couple of minutes.
