[Gameplay] Lee Sin Ult doesn't go off CD upon killing Ryze
If Lee Sin kills Ryze with his ultimate, it doesn't go on cooldown. Maybe it's more than Ryze, I don't know. This is just from one game where I killed a Ryze with my Lee Sin ult twice, and on both occasions the bug happened. I'm pretty sure I've killed other champions with Lee Sin ult and this bug didn't happen, which is why I think it might just be a bug with Ryze.
- Kill Ryze with Lee Sin Ult.
- Ult again because it's not on cooldown.
