A Garens bug With Deaths Dance

Based on the text of Deaths Dance and Champions Garen every time garen uses E he doesn't get any healing from Deaths Dance as he should for example I tested it on the trial mode I Had 2000 hp out of 4000 and I spined into 1 enemy doll and some minions the healing that I took from dealing 1000 damage total it was 0 and I should have taken 150 to 330 health back Riot Whats the problem or the bug with that fix it Fast And Reply to this And anyone who knows about this or doesn't know check it and make a comment

just tried it and i definitely didnt seem to be healing for about 5% (80 per target hit) of 1600 damage when hitting the 6-10 minions i was testing on.

doesn't seem to be working now, can confirm it has worked previously, right after its first round of changes I ran quite a train of IE > Phantom Dancer > Deaths Dance glass garen games where the spin healing was... considerable.
