[Gameplay] Kalista Sentinel recharge cooldown

I played kalista today and there is a small error on her sentinel cooldown for new charge, at rank 1 it's actually 60 seconds but in the tool tip 90 second. (I don't know if it is the tooltip which is wrong or not). At rank 2 it's still 60 second of cooldown (80 seconds indicated), i didn't check for other rank.
