Health Potion refund takes away your health?

As the title says. In game, when you refund a health potion, you lose some of your current health. I think this has been going on for a bit now. To reproduce, simply go into a game, buy a health pot, and refund it, while looking at your health bar. Weird. +1 for Rito to see and fix.
