Fiora Reposte

I'm not exactly sure if this is a bug and I apologize for wasting time if it isn't but I'm not sure if, Fiora's reposte is supposed to be able to block summoner spells as well for example, exhaust. Can someone please inform me if this was meant to be implemented in her kit?
