I hit the 160 headshot milestone on Cait and although a message showed up in the chat box saying I hit it, there was no pop-up on the bottom right like there was when I hit the first milestone. I'm assuming its a bug and it was supposed to popup. Or do those checkpoints work differently? What did I pay $60 for if it doesn't even work.

Hit another milestone on different stat. Saw the text in chat box but no eternal popup for me. Other players did see the eternal popup above minimap. I do not have it disabled and havent touched the settings window, and saw the popup on my first milestone but its not showing on any of the ones I've hit since. All on Cait. I can see all other peoples eternals. Just not my own.
