Azir Still bugged

Was playing a game as azir v morgana mid lane. At several times throught the laning phase and throughout the game, my soldiers would randomly attack nothing. they would not deal damage and they would not attack what i told them to attack or listen to and commands they were given. would just sit there swinging at air. will try and recreate and post a link. also had people walk through ult a few times, but have been morg shield but idk
