Game freezes during loading (MAC)

Game half loads, then freezes, cant minimize, has to restart computer, logs in, reconnects twice, finally load for the last two minutes of game to lose, the be reported by teammates, then get stuck in low priority. on mac.

plz help or address this issue its been ruining games for me
