Stuck in Champ Select

It's just after the new patch, I've just woken up and I feel like playing a game of League. First game I queue up for, Twisted Treeline (For the bonus Ocean Week points). Everything goes fine, we select our champions, our masteries and wait.

And wait.

The message pops up that the game is about to begin, but the teammates and I are stuck in Champion Select, freely talking, having no other issues. (I decided to check LoLNexus to see if it considered us ingame, however it said we weren't.) After a few minutes, the first team member disconnects, and about five minutes later with talking to the remaining team member, we decide to both reset our clients.

Now, after resetting the client, I've got the Game Abandoned screen. I hit the Reconnect button several times over, but it has no reaction, and the status bar in my Friend List says I'm simply "Online" and not ingame, and I'm still told by LoLNexus I'm not in the game either. After resetting the client a second time, it finally opened up the loading screen, however only one of my teammates and I connected into the game, until the last few seconds, when one of the enemy team members connected.

As much as I enjoy winning a game of League, getting a free win because of a system glitch really wasn't enjoyable. Please take some time to investigate the issue. :)
