Kha'zix and Camille

There is a bug with Khazix's evolved Q cooldown reduction. I played with a Camille last game, and when I fight her when she is isolated , my Q would be functioning like it should be, reduced cooldown. But the moment she ults, and I Q again, it would go back to regular cooldown as if she wasn't isolated. I was wondering if this is intended or a bug, because this really bothers me to think that I will probably never be able to fight her and win even if she fights me alone.
