fail leave buster...

I just got leave buster for wait for it... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! I was disconnected from the pvp.net and I left my queue before I join a match and closed my game to rejoin the pvp.net but I get a 14 minute leave buster for being disconnected without knowing?!!!! [zombie-brand-facepalm] what the hell riot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

fix this please!!!!!!!!!
