On Zac either receiving damage wrong or wrong damage totals

Was just in a game as Zac jungle, Tristana seemed to be doing a godly amount of damage on me more than seemed normal, On one after death chart reviewing received damage it tracked her doing 2161 True Damage on me. Asked my team about this but no response. The shortly after died very fast again except this time it told me a Siege Minion did just around 2000 damage to me. I had i belive 225 armor and was diing in close to 3 shots while in combat. Not sure what the problem is Either the death review is funky, Zac is having issues ( i have been maining Zac prior to the Patch and this is my first time playing him after the patch.) Or Something is wrong with Trist.
