(CLIENT) Evelynn Splash Art Not Displaying Correctly on Free Champion Rotation

Evelynn's Splash is not displaying correctly on the login screen. The splash window should be focused on a champions face for easy recognition, but the updated splash art focuses on an entirely different place. Not a super big bug, but still one nonetheless.
