Thresh Hook Hitbox [GAMEPLAY]

The hitbox on the hook is so far off, I feel this qualifies as a bug. I get Ashe was crouching slightly, but this still seems horribly far off. It only happened once, and I haven't tried to reproduce it, so I'm unsure if this is just consistent hitboxes being wonky, or if this was a weird one time bug.
