Nexus stopped spawning minions

I noticed a brief moment in my last game where our nexus stopped spawning minions (maybe 10-15 seconds). It was during the enemies final push just moments before the game ended.

Both teams bot and mid inhibitors were down and the enemy team had Baron buff. I'm not sure if that information is useful, but I figured I'd mention it.

Edit: So I just looked up and found out that minions spawn every 30 seconds, so maybe it wasn't a bug, it just seemed very odd. We had literally no minions and it seemed like they should have been spawning. I was sitting there for a moment like 'uh, where's our minions?'. Not sure, still figured I'd make a quick post.
