[GAMEPLAY/VISUAL] Chosen Master Yi's blade disappearing upon respawn

Untested on other game modes, or with other skins. Playing ARAM (HA).
EDIT: Tested with the practice tool. Visual bug confirmed after respawning.

100% of the time, respawning caused the weapon to disappear entirely. This would continue until a skill was used - auto attacking did not affect it. This happened each time I respawned. I downloaded my replay and reviewed to be sure. I don't know if there's a difference between what I, the player, can see, and what a spectator view may see in terms of bugs, but the spectator view caught it as well.

I asked teammates if they had the same issue. Didn't get a response. I'd assume that it was a personal bug then because none of the other 9 players commented, but I cannot be certain.
