[CLIENT] Saved rune pages gone after every relog! Unable to save rune pages!

So the runes reforged system worked flawlessly for weeks, but since christmas I cannot save rune pages anymore and they just disappear after each relog. Only the presets are selectable. I had 18/18 rune pages saved that, on christmas, suddenly disappeared.

I tried initiating a full repair. No luck.

Reproducing steps:

(0. Wait for christmas eve)

Log In to the client.
Create and save a rune page.
Log Out of the client.
Log back In.
Notice that your custom rune pages are gone and only the presets are selectable.

Frequency: Currently 100% occurence each relog.

had this problem, went through all the hassle of clean install and full repair as well as opening all the ports in my modem . worked well for a while but now it's back

Same problem here, everything worked normally until today i logged in just to find my runes gone.

same problem here, from patch 9.7 to 9.13 (the current one) i got to manually reset rune pages and Summoner's spell every log in

+1 same error for me, on EUW servers, was working with 20/20 custom runes pages, and suddenly i got the same problem than you, and since it still bugged... I've sent some bug reports to Riot, the last one i said to them to at least answer me with some "trying to fix" guides, because i'm analyst programmer, so going into league of legends filesystem to try something to help is not a problem to me. But, as usual on this issue, no answer at all from Riot...

I've skadoodled around entire google to posts like this, relating to this very issue. It boggles me that it was never addressed except for this thread. And the response isn't really that helpful neither. It's my first month in League and I'm not fast enough to set up runes on the fly when the match starts so I wish to keep two for my current mains.

Every time I relog, the runes are gone, and I have to set them up again before the game starts. It's frustrating.

I don't know if that's related, but another thing which happens(which is kind of similar issue) is "Disable Login Animations" is always unchecked when I open up the launcher.

Are the rune and login animation configs stored locally? If so, where? It is possible that I have something related to admin permissions or read only in there. Or maybe it's trying to access something what doesn't exist.

Thank you for understanding and sorry for the bump. I explained why I bumped on the first paragraph.

Edit: The issue was fixed after a patch it seems. Yay!

Sounds like you're not connecting properly to something. :/

Is your internet connection strong and stable?
Can you change & save settings?

EDIT: How long did you have your custom pages before they disappeared?

This issue still remains. After re login all custom page are gone.

I don't wanna be 'that guy' but the rune system basically just requires you to have 1 rune page that you change every game. Having multiple rune pages (in addition to the stupid default one Riot won't let us remove) is actually just a hassle.
