Double Sided Arrow In-Game Bug

Every Game I play, sometimes the glove (league of legends cursor) will turn into a double sided arrow in-game. If i click when its a double sided arrow my game will minimize. Only way I found to fix it was to press g to bring up a ping icon which brings back the glove, but i want to know how to fix the issue so it will not happen again.
