Zyra plants not maintaining/acquiring targets correctly

If Zyra autoattacks a target within range of her plant, the plant should continue to attack that target until they leave range. However, recently, plants have been switching targets back to minions before the initial target leaves the plant's range. On the other side of this, you can have an enemy enter a plant's attack range and not get attacked.

Unfortunately, I don't have any of this recorded, but it should be easy enough to reproduce: create a ranged plant with no targets around it, then have an enemy slowly walk into range and notice when the plant begins to target them. For the 1st one, create a ranged plant in range of both an enemy champion and the creeps. Autoattack the enemy champion with Zyra, then have the enemy champion walk around within the plant's range and note if/when the plant changes targets.
