Cant download league

Whenever I try to download league again I get 3000 kpbs but when it gets to 80-99 it just drops to 0 kpbs. I've tried to reinstall it but it doesn't work. can someone help me please?

I'm having the same problem. It started the day the new patch came out. What's the deal?
