[Gameplay bug] Dragon not taking damage from Rammus's W

Shouldn't Rammus's W-Defensive Ball Curl damage Dragon while attaking Rammus while everything else does (I dont know if Baron takes damage or not). This is so bad for Rammus. He can't take Dragon without help from other players while other champion like Xin or Warwick or Udyr can kill Dragon alone pretty easy at low levels.
