[GAMEPLAY] Nimbus Cloak breaking

Nimbus cloak will break if you cast your ult followed by a channel quickly on any champ with a instant cast ultimate at the very least. You can test this by using ult then instantly protobelting. You will not recieve the MS buff and any future ultimate casts will not give the MS buff. Works 100% of time
