Mystery Snowball Not Snowballing Back

So I managed to mystery gift a friend Pulsefire Ezreal on the 490 gifting system and we both were a bit confused that neither of us had received another additional skin for the mystery skin of Pulsefire Ezreal. I'm not sure if this is happening with anyone else although it did occur with me may be a bug after purchasing a legendary skin for yourself and getting the mystery skin off that. I didn't believe there was a limit so please clarify if that is so.

Well, if you gifted your friend the skin, then you shouldn't have received a mystery skin. Only the person who actually receives the legendary/ultimate skin gets the mystery gift.

If he didn't get one, I would recommend sending in a support ticket explaining the matter.
