Ancient coin quest elixir problem at level 18

So the elixir... Gives you a skill point. Theres a very small problem, once you hit level 18, you cant level up a skill point, and the "Level Up!" thing on your abilities wont go away. Its slightly annoying when youre constantly looking at your cooldowns. Would be nice if thats changed 8) Screenshot~
