Jhin's passive with Mordekasier Ultimate

This happened to me in a game a few times, I'm not positive if it's an isolated incident or not, but I'm assuming it isn't as I rarely encounter bugs. When Mordekaiser ultimates Jhin and secures Jhin as his ghost, Jhin repeatedly fires his last bullet in his clip/ the crit shot, and doesn't reload and continues to crit every time without reloading. I don't know if you need to kill Jhin when he only has one bullet left to proc this bug, but I don't believe you do...
