Alpha Client - Champ Select

Queued into a ranked game this morning. Only do find I was unable to change summoner spells after locking my champion. It kept giving me an error message, I need to be level 10 to use this summoner spell. I was also unable to edit my mastery pages. You could hear the clicks as you selected things but the pages wouldn't save or highlight. The buttons were also out of place. Not sure if this is a known bug?
