[GAMEPLAY] Elise basic attack speed issue

Riot May you please have some one check the basic attack speed on Elise, it seems slower than what the speed is given, different players with the champions with the same attack speed compared to Elise seem to attack on point to there attack speed other than Elise and when Elise attack speed increases or add runes and masteries to the speed always seem to fall short to the attack speed that is set... maybe its just me .. please check ..as soon as you can.. thanks
