Champion Bought but not showing as bought

I recently bought Ahri from the store, and it drained 4800 of my ip. But when I went to play a game, she wasn't under my champion list. After the game, I checked and she wasn't under my owned champions either. However, my ip was still used up. Please let me know when this is fixed RIOT. Thanks!
