Can't see player's AMOUNT OF MANA for SEVERAL PATCHES

When you left click on a champion, it shows their portrait I micromanage mana and will watch an enemy's mana and go in when they are 5 mana short of an ability for the past idk 6 patches their mana bar is just black and doesnt show a number when I click on it. Even when I click on a teammate.
