Not sure if this is a bug or that's how her E should work Evelynn

Her Empowered E is suppose to let her stick to her target right and then deal the damage ?

well, in some cases like flash, Ezreal E or even twisted R, the E animation gets canceled in mid-air, she doesn't follow (stick to them) and deals no damage to target.

Is this suppose to happen if they flash ? or is she suppose to stick to them even after they flash like Warwick's Q even without being CCed.

Please confirm ^_^

It sometimes works like that for me, and sometimes it doesn’t. I think its based on range. Small ranges lets Eve stick, long ranges make it just not work.
