Second part of Fiora's ult not going off

This was in the twisted treeline map. I was playing Fiora and i ult'd the enemy mao'kai right before i died, my teammates killed him after but the healing part of my ult didnt go off. Later in the game i fought the Mao again and i hit all 4 vitals after using my ult but my healing didnt go off again.
