A Message To Riot Games.
Lately, I've been playing League of Legends and I have been met with some rather odd outcomes lately. Here are a list of some of the problems and outcomes in the recent games that I either have partially played or haven't played at all. These problems occurred after downloading Patch 5.5.

Games crash after champion select. The games that I have not played are because the game crashes when the players screen turns black as if a game is loading. Then I am met with the "all to familiar phrase": Disconnected from PvP.net... It is not my connection because I am able to access the internet and do a google search. I try to connect three times, if I don't connect, I just leave. My most recent game with Pantheon I disconnected for 10 minutes, I connected then I was greeted with the inactivity message and I had to exit League of Legends and join back in. When I got back in, I had so much lag as if I were at 999 ping. Eventually, my game crashed and I am right here typing this right now. This is the third time "Bug Splat" popped up.

Games are filled with lag in the early game but towards late game, start to improve or never improve. There could be a number of reasons for this, frame-rate drops, lag-spikes in the internet, devices using the router, downloading even. However, I am home alone most of the time I played League of Legends and I make sure things are up-to-date so "No." to the downloading problems. Frame-Rate couldn't be a problem, I have all of the right materials and I meet the requirements for the "Recommended" part of your System Requirements. This could be a problem on your end, you made a game with so much of a high popularity, there are queues just to log in...
There are most likely other problems that I have not encountered yet but, I am afraid to because of the dreaded Leaver-Buster System. I am probably in Low-Priority queue as we speak and when I join a queue to start a match, I will probably bash my keyboard. RIP Keyboard
TD LR; We, the League of Legends Community are paying customers. We expect things to go our way. This may not always happen but we are willing to seek solutions. This is not my first time with this issue, as most players have lived through this all through 5.4. We look forward to playing this game every time, whether we own an Alienware 17 Desktop complete with Intel i7 and a NVIDIA GTX 980 or a hand-me-down DELL Desktop complete with Intel Celeron with Intel HD Graphics dating back to 2009, we would like to see change. So I ask of you this one time, can you please make this fix happen?
