[Gameplay] Vayne Silver Bolts/Tahm Kench devour bug

Bug is shown in video. Reproduction steps are as follows:

1. Vayne with a point or more in w auto attacks an enemy (champion?) once or twice.
2. Enemy Tahm Kench devours the target with silver bolt stacks on them.
3. Vayne attacks the Tahm Kench once, twice or even three times if the attack speed is there, possibly killing him.
4. If the target is spit out or Kench dies fast enough, the silver bolt stacks remain on the target who was devoured, even though Vayne attacked the Tahm Kench.

This bug can actually make a slight difference because a fed Vayne with high attack speed could get two silver bolt stacks on an enemy, have them get "saved" by their Tahm Kench, kill the Kench and still have the silver bolts stacks on the devoured enemy afterwards. Vayne should not be able to have silver bolt stacks on two targets at once.
