[Bug] Renekton and E smartcast affecting mouse

On Renekton if you smartcast your e your mouse might get stuck in the targetting reticle instead of its normal glovelike state.

This means, you cannot ping, you cannot click on minimap to look around and you cannot click on enemy heroes to see their items.

Throughout the course of many games (after client and comp restarts) I had it randomly occur and fix itself just after casting e. This only appeared this last patch.

At the beginnign I thought only Renekton was affected, but after I created a discussion asking whether it was just me, it seems many other people are having the same problem.

Other champions affected seem to include Ryze, Gnar and Leblanc, with many mentions of them, however others such as Twisted fate, Pantheon, Karma Irelia and Lee sin are also mentioned in the comments.

Please look into it, having your mouse stuck like that puts you at a huge disadvantage.
