Mordekaiser needs attention. (Game changing bugs [Potentially])

When playing on The Howling Abyss regardless of mode when you use W on Mordekaiser it will instantly go to the closest ally (prioritizing champions) regardless on what unit you cast it on. Taking W off of Smart cast and unbinding it doesn't do anything. I have not tested if leaving and then coming back will fix it. Bug can be replicated 100% of the time, items and order that you level abilities does not change anything.

Also, during a ranked game on Summoners Rift when we got dragon I did not get the Dragon pet. I was even there from the start of the dragon and during the entire time we were doing it the buff was visually over the dragon indicating that my Ult's passive "Dragon Force" was indeed active on the dragon. I even had my ultimate up and did not even have a previous pet during the time this bug occurred. It was our 3rd dragon of the game and it was an Ocean Drake. I have not attempted to replicate this bug but I was very annoyed at the fact that a slight bug as that can potentially lose us the game. I was playing Mordekaiser mid lane this game and had a Gunblade at the time. Important to note that we had secured an Ocean Drake the spawn before that and I was given the Dragon spirit as intended. I also had Gunblade at the time too. Out of the 3 Dragons we secured that game the 3rd one was the only one to not give me the Dragon pet as intended.
