Broken AI and FPS lag

Bots have been broken since the introduction of Teemoing Doom Bots. They are spamming skills and summoner spells at an alarming rate and it gets to the point where it is pure spam. I am frustrated at the lack of proper investigation/fixing that these bots need in normal game modes vs AI. I am getting frustrated cause bots are breaking normal game logic with their spam. I also see them spam regular skills/spells all at once and at an alarming rate (such as all 3-4 skills in 1 second etc. example, Lux throws her Q, W, and E as well as her R/ult in the span of 1 second), as if they had a 70-90% cooldown rate. I have seen other people complain about it ingame. So I know I am not the only one getting annoyed by this, and at least has noticed it. Please investigate this and properly fix it. I have uninstalled until the issue is addressed and fixed. Also there has been major FPS lag issues when engaging champions and random lag throughout the match where the game "freezes".
