Windspeakers Blessing Mastery and In- Description not Matching Up

The description for Windspeaker's Blessing in-game seems to contradict what the mastery description says. The mastery tree description implies that the ALL shields and heals (on yourself or an ally) are increased by 10%, while the resistance bonus is only applied to if you perform the action on an ally. The in-game description of the keystone mastery states the excluding that the 10% bonus does not apply to self heals and self shields, and only on ally casts.

Which one is it? Seems to be the former explanation after taking in game numbers and crunching it out.

Just tested this, and your right, self heals and shields are buffed, the resistances buffs only apply to others though

I was talking about this inconsistency in another thread with someone and I was hoping someone would bring it up. I'm assuming the client is correct, all heals and shields are boosted 10% but the resistances is only for allies.
