unable to complete " Let the games begin" quest

As the title says I am unable to complete that quest, every time I try to watch a VOD or a live stream, it says some thing went wrong with rewards try refreshing. and yes I have refreshed multible times.

Anyone know how to fix this? or when it is fixed how many you need to watch? or how long. its very vauge. even though I cant even get passed the error.
