Reconnect to Chat

I haven't been able to view my friends list or chat in queue with my team since the new patch. I log in and out multiple times and keep clicking that annoying "Reconnect to Chat" button and honestly it's not too bad, except I'd like to be able to play with my team, ya know? And communicate... But was just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue since Patch 5.20 came out?
