[Client] Loadout selection - Rune page editing bugged out

Bug: while in loadout selection, the rune editing page can fail to load, leaving only the top bar of the page with the (X) button in it. Important to state that once you encounter this bug, it will consistently happen every time you try to open the rune page while in loadout, it won't stop until you shut down the client and restart it. How to recreate: from my personal experience, it happens randomly when you try to create a new rune page, you click the + button, and the entire page vanishes except for the upper bar. Current solution: restarting the client I run my game on windows 8 pc, but a friend of mine encountered the same problem with a windows 7 pc.

I hope that this get fixed soon, because i don't want to dodge games just so that i'll be able to edit my runes :/

(edit: i edited the recreate section as it happened again, seems to be tied only to the [create a new rune] feature, and not to the act of editing an already existing one)
